We are near the cities of Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Seal Beach, Anaheim, and Long Beach, between the 405 and 22 freeways,
We are 15 minutes from the John Wayne Orange County Airport, Disneyland, and the Anaheim Convention Center. It’s only a 10 minute drive to the beach, a mile to Mile Square Park (with golfing), and an hour and half to local mountain areas.
The finest in dining and shopping are nearby. I can direct you to the best dry cleaners and restaurants and other resources you may need.

Home away from home in Orange County. 1 Reply
Working as an attorney and in private real estate, my days are busy and long. I appreciated coming home to a quiet, comfortable and respectful household of other like minded professionals. Sarah does an amazing job to hand select the right personalities for peaceful and congenial living. The housemates are very nice, interesting and fun people. You will never be short of engaging conversation and opportunity to make strong, lasting friendships.The rooms are all very comfortable, with great beds, linens and fans. Each comes with a work area complete with a desk, chair and wifi. So, if you bring work home like me, the set up is perfect. There are TV's with cable too. Also, Veronica (house keeper) comes by a couple of times per week and cleans the rooms, linens/towels, bathrooms and common areas. The landscaper comes by once every week to two weeks, depending on the need. In short, the home is very clean and extremely well maintained. The house is in a very accessible area of town, centrally located to shopping, restaurants, freeways and outdoor activities. The beach is short bike ride/longish run away. Getting out for the weekend is easy, with San Diego a couple of hours to the South, and many other great areas not too far away.Enjoy your stay at Sarah's place.Continue

Ideal Ambiance for the Professional in Orange County 2 Replies
There is something quite serene about Sara's home, in this calm quadrant of Orange County. The home truly provides a comfortable feeling to each resident combined with the sense of privacy. I have been staying here for over eight months and feel that it is my "home away from home". Perfect home away from home experience 1 Reply
While traveling ahead of my family prior to our relocation to SoCal I found this sublet. I was alittle apprehensive about sharing a home with total strangers, but let me tell you, from the minute you walk throught that front door you are no stranger. Sarah makes you feel totally at home as if you've been a long lost relative. The accommodations are wonderful with full use of both kitchen and laundry. The other tenents are friendly, the house is always kept spotless, and the beds are far better than any hotel out there. Sarah is the perfect hostess, attending to all tenents needs or even to just lend an ear when you feel like sharing your days experience. Thank you Sarah, you've helped to make my transition to the west coast a very pleasurable experience. Accommodations for Executive Separations 2 Replies
I needed to find housing when I started my divorce process and having lived in nice housing in Orange County for years I wasn’t ready to take up hotel/motel living and wanted an upscale place to stay while I searched for my next place. I found this home and intended to stay for a month or two while I looked for my new place. I liked it so much I stayed for over a year. The stay there allowed me to deal with my new situation and not miss a beat at work or my other personal commitments. Sarah provides a quality place with all of the accommodations of the nice home I was used to with the amenities to have a relaxed stay and space to unwind and get work or personal things done when I needed to. The other guests are friendly and provide a unique environment that I wouldn’t have at a hotel. There are friendly people to interact with when you want to and privacy when you need it. Sarah takes care of most of your needs so fresh towels and bedding are always there and the house is always immaculately kept. If you’re looking for an extended stay place in Orange County you can’t go wrong here.Continue

Great location and exactly what I needed
I am a civil engineer who had to travel to Orange County for a few months of job training. I had never been to the area and finding a place to stay was a daunting task. Luckily, I stumbled across Sarah's place during my search. It was in a convenient location so I thought I would give it a shot. I wasn't sure how it would work out at first but I have been pleasantly surprised. The house is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. I can't imagine what it would have been like living out of a hotel for two months! The best part was the hospitality. Sarah goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable and happy with your stay. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to visit the area for an extended stay. Continue

I'm so glad I found this home! I'm a corporate executive (CFO of a large corporation) in need of temporary housing. I was initially hesitant about living in a shared environment, and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to give up any of my privacy. The design of this very beautiful home afforded me all that I needed in order to regroup after my long work days. I need peace, quiet and no drama, and this was my experience here. Sarah works hard to make everyone feel at home, and is very gracious in the way she deals with people.

This House is Truly Blessed
I landed a job in OC , needed to move quickly from IE and found Sarah's place on craigslist. From beginning to end, she was very accommodating because she would take care of all your needs as soon as you get in touch with her. It was always a pleasure coming home from work because the house is well-kept. Sarah always asks for feedback from you to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. A Professional's Paradise
I am nurse who needed a place to stay after moving from Northern California. I found this home ideal because of its location and because I didn't want to stay in a motel while I looked for a permanent residence.
