We are near the cities of Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Seal Beach, Anaheim, and Long Beach, between the 405 and 22 freeways,
We are 15 minutes from the John Wayne Orange County Airport, Disneyland, and the Anaheim Convention Center. It’s only a 10 minute drive to the beach, a mile to Mile Square Park (with golfing), and an hour and half to local mountain areas.
The finest in dining and shopping are nearby. I can direct you to the best dry cleaners and restaurants and other resources you may need.

Ideal Ambiance for the Professional in Orange County
There is something quite serene about Sara's home, in this calm quadrant of Orange County. The home truly provides a comfortable feeling to each resident combined with the sense of privacy. I have been staying here for over eight months and feel that it is my "home away from home". This House is Truly Blessed
I landed a job in OC , needed to move quickly from IE and found Sarah's place on craigslist. From beginning to end, she was very accommodating because she would take care of all your needs as soon as you get in touch with her. It was always a pleasure coming home from work because the house is well-kept. Sarah always asks for feedback from you to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. So Pleasant, Quiet and Respectful!
I had a need for long term housing in Orange County, CA and much to my delight found this home. It is upscale, private, comfortable and relaxing! What more could you ask for? I needed to find housing when I started my divorce process and having lived in nice housing in Orange County for years I wasn’t ready to take up hotel/motel living and wanted an upscale place to stay while I searched for my next place. I found this home and intended to stay for a month or two while I looked for my new place. I liked it so much I stayed for over a year. The stay there allowed me to deal with my new situation and not miss a beat at work or my other personal commitments. Sarah provides a quality place with all of the accommodations of the nice home I was used to with the amenities to have a relaxed stay and space to unwind and get work or personal things done when I needed to. The other guests are friendly and provide a unique environment that I wouldn’t have at a hotel. There are friendly people to interact with when you want to and privacy when you need it. Sarah takes care of most of your needs so fresh towels and bedding are always there and the house is always immaculately kept. If you’re looking for an extended stay place in Orange County you can’t go wrong here.Continue

A Professional's Paradise
I am nurse who needed a place to stay after moving from Northern California. I found this home ideal because of its location and because I didn't want to stay in a motel while I looked for a permanent residence. Upon landing here I was greeted with a smile and some of the best hospitality I have experienced. Sarah is truly a great host who went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. What a Wonderful Home!
As a tennis instructor (and player) I have been coming down to the Huntington Beach area many times over the years. I so wish I had found this wonderful place earlier! (Sarah) is just the nicest hostess you could ask for. She made me feel so welcome that when it came to leave, I couldn't!! The room I had was large, the bed super comfortable (and I needed that as I would spend up to 6 hours each day on tennis courts). My fellow ''residents" were all extremely friendly and most interesting to talk with. This is the place to stay, without doubt! I am lucky enough to be returning for more tennis in a couple of months, and there had better be a room waiting for me! (by the way, if you're down in SoCal when I am, and you have some free time, some "free tennis" is available from me as a bonus to staying here).Thanks again to Sarah for her hospitality and her friendship during my stay. This was a wonderful place for me in time of need. I am SO glad I found it.I met some very nice people, but had plenty of time for the solitude I needed and wanted.Sarah goes WAY out of her way to make her roommates comfy. If a guest has special needs (and I really need my morning coffee LOL), Sarah will make sure those needs are met. I LOVED my room: cozy, warm, and a bed to die for. Very nicely appointed, as is the entire house.It was a home away from home for me. I felt so comfortable the minute I walked through the doors.Continue

No Worries, Everything is done for you!-Hi - I'm Anna and had been staying at this home and enjoyed every minute of it. The main thing I liked and appreciated was the fact that everything is done for you. No worries means, the housekeeper takes care of changing the linens, cleaning up the room, and keeps everything immaculate. As a woman, I appreciate this and don't have to think about cleaning. So.......no worries just enjoy. The type of people here are professional, respectful, and I feel safe. I need plenty of alone time because I am working with people 10 hours a day, I get the peace and solitude that I need here. Sarah is so gracious and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I will return to my home away from home. No more hotels for me. I love it here. ( My special place is in the back yard underneath the big shade tree. I work long and hard hours. On weekends it was fun to enjoy a nice barbecue and than relax underneath the fig tree with my book. So peaceful. ) The bed is amazing you will sleep like a baby I did.Continue
